Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear & intimates unless the item arrives damaged or defective. All other sleepwear, shirts, and tops from our collections are eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange (use our template below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your return using the provided shipping label (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the returned product. Shipping times for exchanges follow our standard delivery timelines (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
For exchanges to international destinations (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), any additional shipping costs will be calculated and communicated during the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
