Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sleep Wear Luxury purchase as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns process.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear & intimates unless the item arrives damaged or defective. All other sleepwear, shirts, and tops are eligible for returns.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

For exchanges:
